We are hiring:
Position: Full-time production baker
Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday
Starting Pay: $18 per hour + tips, PTO and a health insurance stipend.

Ability to read, follow, and retain instructions effectively
Ability to lift 50 pound bags of flour or sugar
Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
Responsibilities
Proficient in cake and cupcake decorating across all product options
Assist in creating and following the Production Schedule, ensuring tasks are completed on time
Manage kitchen fridges and freezers to maintain organization and food safety
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by following established checklists
Support the General Manager with inventory management as needed
Ensure consistent quality standards for all products leaving the kitchen
Oversee kitchen and front-of-house cleanliness by enforcing closing procedures
Provide excellent customer service and support front-of-house operations when needed
