We are hiring:

Position: Full-time production baker

Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday

Starting Pay: $18 per hour + tips, PTO and a health insurance stipend.

  • Ability to read, follow, and retain instructions effectively

  • Ability to lift 50 pound bags of flour or sugar

  • Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in cake and cupcake decorating across all product options

  • Assist in creating and following the Production Schedule, ensuring tasks are completed on time

  • Manage kitchen fridges and freezers to maintain organization and food safety

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by following established checklists

  • Support the General Manager with inventory management as needed

  • Ensure consistent quality standards for all products leaving the kitchen

  • Oversee kitchen and front-of-house cleanliness by enforcing closing procedures

  • Provide excellent customer service and support front-of-house operations when needed
